The 'End' in the title pretty much just means 'this is the end of Zoe's story' or some s like that, I dunno. Even if it doesn't, Capcom is still planning to continue the RE7 story with the Not a Hero DLC. Hell, people could even say 'It's called 'Not a Hero' cuz Chris isn't the main hero of RE7, Ethan is.' As for End of Zoe, the title would imply Zoe dies in the DLC, which in fact does not happen. It will be interesting to see if the film foreshadows RE7 in any way, given that the game was more of a standalone than tied to any particular timeline from the series.
